Urban regeneration is usually a complex web of interconnected elements of different types, be they actors and stakeholders, issues and challenges on the ground, policies and regulations for urban planning and development, power dynamics, and so on. In T-Factor, we attempt to explore and navigate this complexity also through mapping and data visualisation, as a way to raise awareness and create capacities to sense, plan and act through systemic approaches.
